It is free but I believe there's a sign that says no bikes.... If you are interested in mou tain biking then try the mountain bike trails in Mt Dora or soldiers creek in longwood those are designated trails for mountain biking
They say there's a sign that says no bikes allowed but honestly as long as it's only you and maybe your wife girlfriend and you're respecting the trail and always respect and give right of way to Walker's I don't see a problem also don't go on a busy day
In the photos on this site there is a pic of the “no bicycles” sign. So, no you can’t. It would damage the path.
