Following is the response from Fresh Market date 07/2011: When I inquired about its policy, a spokeswoman emailed a statement that said the company doesn't take them "because we have not seen a significant demand from our customers that we participate in the program, and because we have concluded that the costs associated with participating in the program currently outweigh the benefits for The Fresh Market and its customers."
Is that another hand out ?? That I'm paying for ??
