Try using the McDonald's app while you're waiting. Order it and queue your food before you even get to the cashier, that way they'll begin making your meal before they make the first person in line their meal. It's a "while supplies last" kind of thing.
Yes the new management will get you every time, even in convience stores. There is normally not no where near that long of a wait at that location. Been in Plant City my whole life and never waited that long there.
I worked in fast food for 25 years. Sometimes they get a new manager that doesn't know how to order products that well. And the service people pay for it with dissatisfied customers. I've been that customer too!
