I've been a patient there for over 5 years now and I ALWAYS have trouble getting someone to answer the phone. I have BOTH phone numbers. I try them both. Oftentimes I can't get through to let them know if I'm running late, reschedule or make an appointment and I forget too call back later in the day or the next day to try to call again. I also used to be able to book appointments same-day but suddenly I have to wait months to see my pcp-who is honestly the best doctor I've ever had so I suppose it's a trade-off. But yes, I have been dealing with the same issue for YEARS! It's very annoying. Especially when you get there and see how many people are actually sitting at their desks. It's not just a 1 person secretary- there are always at least 3 and up to 6!! Here are the two numbers to try, but good luck! I have been trying to get through on the phone . Left voice messages nada,nothing no responcr back. They used to be a good clinic and at this point I give them an F. And my prescription was written wrong and Walgreens can't even get in touch h with them to correct it. Crazy this has been going on since Thursdsay. This is Tuesday. WHAT
The upstairs offices are now down stairs and they have been overwhelmed with phone calls. I was in there tuesday and they are answering call and I talked to Sarah about it. Just keep trying or go into the office.
