The prices have gone up and the portions have gone down, the food doesn't taste as good as it always has, we are three ladies who come there often and couldn't help but notice the change, we are also locals,

I expect that the owners hate raising prices and work hard to keep them as low as possible. The prices they pay for everything have gone up significantly. Have you been to the grocery store lately?
