Depends on time of day, weekends are always busy, could take between 10-15 min on a weekend. During the week, no more than 10 minutes, on average 2-5 minutes. Best time to do that would be in the evening during the week, they're open until 9 or 10pm.
Sorry never picked up at Kohl's.
Never did it but my experience its easier just to go to the store and buy it. Either way its parking and lines. The retail stores (all) are not at the level where they hire staff to handle this. They pull available staff members as needed. Sometimes its not ready when you get there or they cant find item. This happens at lowes, home depot, target, supermarkets, etc.
