3 to 5 months after original release
Typically movies come to the dollar theater during the interim time after they've left the first run theater but haven't been released digitally/DVD/Blu-ray. It varies from movie to movie by demand. For example, The Greatest Showman took a long time to get to the dollar theater because it was generating enough revenue to stay in the first run theater for a long time.
