Hello Chloe. We do dress alterations on merchandise purchased in our store. The time it takes depends on what type of dress it is (bridal, prom, mothers) and when the event will occur. Together with the customer we decide on a second fitting date where the customer tries on the dress again to confirm they like the alterations that were made. If all is good the customer will take the dress home that day. If any changes need to be made we make another appointment so that we can tweak items the customer did not like. At times, when we are very busy we will call the customer as the item is ready. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with.
Yes they do and it depends on how much they do it cost my daughter $40 for her prom dress the only problem is they don't seem to call you when your stuff is ready you have to keep calling them other than that it all comes together
I know they do for dresses purchased there. I do not know if the do for outside purchases.
