I would like to no why do animals have to be put to death if unable to find homes for them while they are at the shelters animals are supposed to be rescued from abuse and cruelty it,s understandable if they are rabbic attacking children but why defenseless lovable pets have to go like that inquiring minds wants to know.please respond
