The lady at customer service is very patient with her customers no matter how long the line. She always asks is there anything else she can help with. I quit shopping North Deland and Orange City Walmarts.
Boohoo not everyone at walmart is a jackass
"Shopping is a pleasure", is Publix, not Walmart. :) But I'm sorry for your bad experience.
I have had the same experience there. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager and it's been over 4 months. I do know I have had a good experience with the grocery pick up.
First of all it wasn't a lady who took care of me. It was a rude man. Not only a rude man a rude manager working at the time. He should never be a manager of a manager should be very polite and offer all he can to make his customers happy who just spent over $200 in his store. So don't try me. I know what I'm talking about I've never had an experience where I could not get my money back when I had a receipt in my hand that I just purchased and I was treated extremely rude. The customer is always right. That's how it works that's how it's always worked. I have not step foot in that Walmart since Publix has my service or Winn-Dixie better people more app to help you with your shopping pleasures.
