Private pool for members of nearby HOAs only. No guests for the 2021 season due to Covid.
Free if you are a member of New Town. If you are renting, you should still be able to get passes. Reach out to your landlord if needed. You do have to pay for your first passes (the cost of the cards. I think they're like $10 each). Every year after that you only have to reactivate your card at no cost. Usually it's $5 for guests, but they don't allow guests this season.
