Yes they are open, lines are long. Took us 3 tries, on the 3'rd try we went at 10 am when they opened and were the 6'th car in line. Great chicken, black beans and rice!
Go early, expect to wait. Prices currently higher than normal because they're new and they can. Should settle down in a month or so. Chicken is delicious!
