The auto department is the worst. And is getting worst.
It is not their fault. It is that they do not have enough staff and they cut the hours. And that's why the waiting time is ridiculous. It is not the time it takes to do things. It is that they are always late and they cannot pass the time of departure because they get into trouble. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. So I understand it.
The same experience happened to me, the prices are good but the service ..... PÉSIMO
