I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for my husband & I and a guest. When we arrived they did not have my name on the list. Poor management! Found us a table like it was a favor at the kitchen door & so close to the bar people stood all around us!

Are you sure your reservation was at the correct date? You should be lucky to find a table 2 weeks in advance. Usually you should reserve 4-6 weeks before and sometimes more!

We were told they don't take reservations at lunch , and you have to be there when it opens. They open at 11:00 for lunch. We got there before 11:00 and a few were there, we wanted outside and got seats . Was a wonderful experience my first time there. If you were evening I don't know. We had great lunch and time there.
