Did you contact the restaurant? I would want that server fired so at least other people won't be hurt.

Hasn't happened to me. Did you go anywhere or do anything else on that date? I mean it's always possible someone from the staff did. Did your card company mention if it was online fraud or physical card?
No....cant say that I have and we go all the time. Sorry it happen to you tho...
I have gone to this restaurant frequently for over six years and never had a problem with fraud.
David, no that's the only transaction I made on Monday with that card. Then the fraudulent activity started flowing in. It doesn't matter to me if my card was cloned or skimmed. I will never go back to this location.
