No. The Maryland Port Administration charges $15 a day for parking. If you park with us, you will pay more, and you would need to take a cab or Uber/Lyft both ways to get to the terminal. If you want to take the Water Taxi through the Inner Harbor we are the perfect spot! Here is a link for cruise ship parking.
