Does anyone know the difference between balcony access and general admission tickets? I tried to contact them but no answer

To get on the balcony it's going to cost you a little more it's just like getting a VIP it's not that much more from general admission to the balcony I figured I'd between 10 and $20 depending who's performing but all in all it's worth it I've been there a couple of times and I will go back again

Balcony is restricted access so it may cost more, usually there is a different wristband for balcony and there is someone checking people that enter
