Why close when in winter. U could gain all the revenue from tourist season. Maybe then u would not have to charge the locals so much in the summer.

Harder to get employees when school is in session.

It's actually really slow when they first open and when getting ready to close for season. I don't think they would make enough to cover the cost of operation. Not without alot of advertising.

I always thought the same thing! I literally live in walking distance from sunsplash & I've only been there once & it rained so I didn't even get to have fun. I wish it was open ALL year round!☹

They take the downtime to do repairs and upgrades to the park.
