Everything says you are open until 11. The door says until 11 and online. I went in for food at 10:20 and was told they were closed. Yet the door was unlocked? The sign also said closing at 11. Unprofessional. Updated your times.

I didn't know their hours but they should honor your request even though you were early enough time to get served. I totally agree with you this is unprofessional. I would put a complaint in to the BBB for their non-professionalism.

Do keep in mind, in smaller communities they roll up the streets by 8:00PM.
