Call them if they allow the customers to bring their own oils.

Riker's is a first rate facility. The have been fixing my cars for 10 years. An oil change isn't that expensive. I don't know the answer. Why don't you just call them?
Not sure. I went in for a flat tire, cost me $25. The guy that fixed my tire was very pleasant and courteous. I cant say that about the guy in the front desk though.
Doubt it too..they worked on our car and didn't do a great job
They are not going to do, if you bring your own oil and filter.
I doubt the would do it.
