It's kind of a upper class establishment and people are paying extremely good money to eat there. The bill for me and my wife was well over $200 and I don't even drink alcohol. I personally wouldn't bring my kids there mainly because I have one that has a hard time sitting still and it's not fair to the other patrons. I guess it falls down to what type of demeanor do your kids have as well as how considerate are you if one of your kids has an emotional outbreak will you be willing to take them out of the building until they calm down because I know I would be plenty upset if I was spending that type of money and the child in the booth next to me was screaming and yelling the whole time.
I don't think Eddie V's is a restaurant that caters well to small children. It may be more appropriate for a teenager.
If yoir kids are used to this type of dining its a lot of fun
If you are dining from 4-6pm that would be the most kid friendly time. It is an upscale establishment which does have some family friendly accommodations, however no changing tables. The food and drinks are DELICIOUS so expect mainly adults out for mostly business and pleasure.
