No, there is a gator fence under the bridge that keeps the snappers out. This is a wonderful place with plenty of nature if you look around and the springs are safe from gators.

Seldom happens, fence or no fence. Very rare, so I would not worry.

Yes they can but they do have fences and other things in place to keep the risk low.
