Lol I found the same problem at most of the other Ale houses, I mean without the greasy menus it wouldnt be the same aesthetic to the grimey place.
You would hope so but probably doesn't happen frequently during the day. I'm sure if you brought it to the server's attention they would be able to assist but they are not going to be aware (until you tell them about it) that all the previous guests and visitors have slimed their grubby, greasy mitts all over the menu - the employees are not the ones making the menus dirty.
