Ich is incredibly easy to treat. Also, you can berate them for selling it to you, or berate yourself for not noticing an issue AND keeping fish with no quarantine. But, from a store standpoint, they should ask if you're comfortable treating this possibly sick fish. If they didn't, then return it. Be sure it IS ich though.
Call them and ask. There is treatment for ich.
