They will sell you tires that is new but actually old, I hope you know how to look that up. I'll never go to this place if I were you
Unfortunately 1st come 1st severed. You may want to try going to Walmart, they seem to be easier to deal with and have been able to get me in-and-out in under an hour with a flat tire.
They are, for the most part, first come first served for most services. The problem comes when you go there and 10 people were already waiting in line and TK knows they will not have the time to do your service, no matter how small, during the rest of their day. If they get busy, and some days they get really busy, they recommend coming back the next day to be near the front of the line, or making an appointment. As a policy, they will not let a small repair job jump in front of a big repair job because it is not fair to the customer that was there longer, or made an appointment for a certain time frame. It is difficult for the customer with a small job but it is fair to the customer with a big job. I have been both multiple times and understand the process and frustration.
