We have had good service And good experiences and mediocre service and mediocre food. Had a young friend who worked there and quit because of management. If you feel strongly contact the owner who is probably at Deans South of the Border. Sorry you had a bad experience. Managers job is to straighten out the problem and keep the customer coming back.
Wrong way to approach an issue that esclated to police. Answer is to let it go..place obviously was not for you.
Maybe it was your attitude that was the problem. season is hard on employees but we've been going there even before it was Hurrican Charlie's and never had an issue even when order wasn't correct! Give them a break! maybe u were the problem and maybe u owe them an apology!
