Is the service always rude here?

I've never had a rude experience, been goin there for years. If anything was messed up they'd fix it indifferently in my experience.

I know the employees there have always been very nice...most of my experience with them has been late afternoon, into the evening...never have i had a bad experience there...

Never rude, eat there once a week. Overworked however, prob cause prices are more tgan reasonable

I have never experienced rude service and I have been eating there every week for years.

I ate there many times and always very pleased great food and good prices friendly staff

Have personally never encountered any rudeness and only on one occasion had an order wrong (it was only a minor annoyance but it didn't bother us much at all. I did notice when it happened it wasn't one of the two usual young ladies that I see when I go so I assumed it was someone new. Oh and I typically phone order between 3-6 for to go, have never eaten in the restaurant before. This place is really great since we keep coming back for more almost everyweek

It is sort of a hole in the wall, and the service ok, but we always call ahead and take the food to go. They have never been rude. We go once a week

Well I had one extremely rude experience when they messed up my order and I have never been back since! You know what's funny...it was my first time going there too!
