No, they're great. Extremely nice people and you can't beat the price. You have to make an appointment, almost always too busy for walk-ins.
The only problem is that your dogs will fall in love with them and not motice if you're there or not. I would let them bathe my kids!😅😅😅😅😅
Yes tried them three separate times 1st time good nails were forgot. 2nd smelled like dog was not even bathed nails jagged, my poor dog hated it she shook like a leaf. Tried one more time. She was not bathed for sure and nails ragged and she was shaking to death scared and the forgot to put her collar back on

We bring our dogs there all the time. They love it. Very friendly people. They do a great job and doesn't take too long.
I've only used them for trimming my 2 dogs nails. I always ask for them to use the "grinder" (with the grinder you never have sharp edges) their nails and they have always been great. It only takes a few minutes, so I always wait. One of my dogs is afraid of the dryer noise, so she always shakes while there, but my other dog loves to go... though she is usually afraid of everything. I would highly recommend this place.
