They say it's a lifetime powertrain warranty, it doesn't apply to vehicles that are used in businesses. So I didn't get any particulars on it. Because I use my f250 as a work truck. They did say the lifetime powertrain warranty was good at any dealer,but when I ask Paradise for it about it they said they did not offer the lifetime powertrain warranty. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.
