Why is it when you live in another state and looking for someone who is your brother, you can’t do a over phone missing person report that you have to come in to that police station, my brother who always checks in living in Florida hasn’t checked

Perhaps ask the police that ovet the phone. Do you know anyone he knows in Florida that can check on him or file the report?
