Janet, I agree with coach, each specific food item has it's nutrition facts on The label. I'm in a keto diet and always concern on carbohydrates.

The stores in CA are required by law to post nutritional info. I dont think they have them online on the website.
The food court posts calorie count of every menu item. That may be some dumb CA nanny-state law anyway. Fast, healthy, cheap. Pick two!
