We have my grandmother of 92 yrs.of age visiting from out of the country. She is not feeling well, but she does not have insurance. Is there any discounts for a senior who can't afford to pay the normal fees?

Yes they accept payments on a sliding scale based on income. Id call asap to get an appointment or go and pull a ticket by the counters straight when you walk in the door past the chairs. I'm almost certain if you have no money and no job they bill you based on income
