I applied first, then I got my first denial letter!!,I then contacted bishop law firm!!,They Gave Me A. Consultation and took my case!!,give them a call,I'm sure they can help!!!
Yes...get the automatic denial first, and notify Kim bishop as soon as you get your letter, and let her take it from there, and just continue all your appointments and medical concerns...it may seem like she moving slow...but believe me, her office work like pit bulls behind the scene...by the time we went to court, I wasn't in the procedure 5 minutes before I was approved...she got you covered!
Mrs. Bishop at Bishop Law Office helped me through the process. She was a great help, especially in the appeal process.
What type of case is it? If it is a Veteran's case, attorneys can not be hired until a denial/rating has been received. This is per the Veterans Administration. You can try a Veterans Service Organization and they may be able to help. You should call your local VA and ask them to tell you a VSO who helps in your area. If you are in Wake County you can try: The Veterans Services Office 919-212-VETS 3000 Falstaff Road, Raleigh Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. If this is a Social Security case, we can look at it even if you have not been denied yet. Hope this helps! Kimberly D. Bishop
