Yes you can, but truthfully it's easier to just the bakery department & speak w/them about what exactly you want that way no mistakes are made.
Yes you can but in but in some cases it takes 72 hours for us to get the paperwork I'm a decorator for Savemart and it is easier to talk to a decorator to design a cake for you
