I was actually asking right now, and the answer they gave me is they will have the regular Thursday pick up of the flowers and cleaning, so if you did go and take flowers to your loved ones, they will no longer be there by November 1, 2018. I told them they should inform others with the same banners they are promoting the mass. This information would greatly benefit many of us who already left flowers for our loved ones. So we bring them on a timely manner. Thank you!

Probably not... you can decorate I'm sure... like all the other holidays. The only special event I know they do have is Mother's day for sure. Go online. You could probably find something like that at the placita in LA...or Olvera street. Good luck!
