Did anyone else get help from the visiting office ?? And get told, “you should keep this map so next time you can remember” and never get sent help ? But a ton of security cars pass by you 100 times..? I have been looking for a loved 1 for 2 hrs .

I think they help.but maybe who u spoke to..may not be .aware of their approach in dealing with ppl.
