Obviously the folks being negative have never run, ordered or ever worked in a popular restaurant. Especially given the times we are in and given the high quality of food Riley's gives you your food offerings are a challenge. With EVERYTHING being served outside people buying patterns differ. I commend these owners for what they have done for their customers.
We try not to run out of items but it does happen its a nature of the business in trying to keep things fresh and waiting for delivery trucks. We might start a day with enough romaine for 5-6 salads while waiting for the delivery of fresh romaine, all of sudden many people order Caesar salad and it causes us to run out until the delivery truck gets here with fresh produce.
Poor preordering
