They do return calls very quickly. I have pet insurance that they take but they also have Flyers there for other discount programs and pet insurances that might be helpful to you. It never hurts to call and ask what discounts they might be able to provide you. The vet who owns the practice is a wonderful person and really cares about his clients. I can't recommend them more
