The first time we were there the prime rib was outstanding, the service was good but our last outing was less than the usual especially the prime rib, it was rushed kinda like our service so it will be a while before we treat ourselves to you place.

They are always Busy but the Best Ribs ever we order ahead of time ready perfect every time very friendly staff no my name Christina! Love it sorry you had a bad experience try the Ribs and the Fresh baked pies will put a smile on your face for sure
