I never purchased tires at Costco. I get my truck tires at a local Firestone tire dealership. My friend had a similar delay issue getting a replacement tire, earlier this week. They were an hour later than promised. He ordered his tire and was given an appointment the following day but they didn't receive his tire from their other location on time.

I think Costco really needs to employ more personnel. I called and called for 2 days in a row to make an appointment at the optical department and no one answered i had to go in person and was treated with an atittude .I'm changing my doctor.
