No. When Seaport air closed in 2016, it left the airport with no commuter plane service. City of Visalia should reach out to SkyWest for a twice a week flight out and in to Visalia. There is enough produce that ships out of the area, not sure why this couldn't be set up, especially to LAX, SJC or SFO where Int'l flight then take produce overseas.
