I'm not entirely sure if you can so I would check with them first but if what you are asking if you cant get a propane refill then yes
I not really sure about your question but if you want to fill your tank propane, you have to go inside, pay for and they'll fill your tank outside next to the carwash , hopefully my answer is not to late, have a great day!
