No they are not open on Christmas Day the city of Meadville is 90-95% dead on Christmas Day the only places that are open that day is Sheetz, McDonald's, and I think Country Fair and Burger King. I know this because for the last 2-4 years my family and I have been going out to eat for Christmas but in order to do so we have to drive all the way to Erie to the S&S Chinese Buffet.
Can't help with that. A phone call to the actual restaurant will be more helpful. They do advertise Christmas dinners on television, so it's possible. Good luck.
