It seriously depends on the day. I went a couple times and sometimes it had a decent noise level and other times it was very peaceful. It also depends on the time of day you go, of course. Like most restaurants, it's quieter before rush hour and situations like that.
I think only some evenings have live music, where it can get very loud. But I've been there plenty of times in the afternoon and evenings, and the ambiance was not too loud at all, and not even overly full.

Depending on the night and when they have events. They usually have a DJ which is not that loud. But on Thursdays and Fridays they have live music that starts at around 8:30 and that can get a bit loud as people are singing, dancing etc. If you would like to enjoy a calm dinner or lunch, I would advise going on a weekday.

Oh so they do have live music? My wife isn't a fan of it. This place has great reviews and the food looks awesome but the only thing is the music...
