They can not question you if your dog is a service animal but if you're animal bits someone will have a law suit against you. and they will ask you to leave if you're dog is disruptive and acts in a threatening matter.
Maybe "purse dogs" but no leash 🐕 dogs unless it's a service dog of some sort I would assume.
