Hi I have recently went to the location and the store is closed and phone goes to voicemail for two weeks without explanation. I believe this restaurant is permanently closed. Is this true?

No. Owner's on vacation. Reopen in 2 weeks from now.

They are permanently closed and they put announcement in front of the store. They'll be reopen on April 3rd. I live nearby and I see them closed their store sometimes of the year. Btw their pho is good still.
