I am injured worker from California I now live in Georgia my case is still in Ca I recived a life time medical award for my case But State Fund Insurance is turning down my medical treatment. Thinking need to close case so can pay for needed care

Thanks for asking. You should speak with an attorney before closing your case. Dealing medical treatment is a common way insurance companies try to manipulate you into closing out.
