I don't believe you must have one but I would certainly call ahead at a minimum. It can get busy
no but that's a bigger table I would call - then again sit at the bar and wait for your table - its always a pleasant crowd there with friendly folks at their bar - it's a family place for sure.
Maybe... depends on whether it's on a weekend or holiday
