Yes. Tuesday/Thursday: 10:00 am-3:00 pm. Friday: 12:00 pm-4:00 pm. Sat/Sun: 9:30 am-12:30 pm.

I am sorry but I don't know the answer to that. They open tomorrow at 10am ans my son has lesson at 3:30 tomorrow and i will ask them about adult lap swim.
