You could always call them, that's an option. Or maybe go to the website, that's option two. How about just going there yourself and find out firsthand and enjoy the experience while you're there regardless if it's organic and vegetarian. Live a little, enjoy life while you still can.
I don't know about organics but one thing I do know is their homemade salsa and ranchero salsa is killer . when you get your plate don't forget to ask.
